On 2016-08-16 the Operations Team will upload the new SSL certificates on the Skype for Business gateways to replace the old ones before they expire. The new SSL certificates use a root certificate a different Global CA than the previous ones installed on 2017-08-24 (public announcement available under https://status.videxio.com/incidents/8856tzkw3p3z)
No service interruption is expected, however, customers who do not have current root certificates installed may need to verify the certificate from DigiCert is available in the trust stores of their Skype for Business Edge and Front-end servers (and in a clustered environment in the trust stores of all their cluster members). Office 365 users will not be affected.
